In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

jl7776 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation — as part of the KYC verification process at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jl7776 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on jl7776. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jl7776 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, associated balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jl7776 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified us otherwise in writing prior to the activity occurring. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jl7776 support via live chat immediately.

4.3 Account Information Updates. You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. If any of your personal information changes — including your residential address, email address, or payment details — you must update your Account profile promptly. jl7776 accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or compliance issues arising from outdated Account information.

4.4 Account Currency. jl7776 operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP). All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

5.1 Deposits. jl7776 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl7776 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be refunded and the depositing Account may be subject to suspension.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time. 7.1 Game Outcomes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl7776 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities:

9.1 Age Verification. jl7776 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement mandated by PAGCOR. All Accounts are subject to age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

9.2 Player Tools. jl7776 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

11.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jl7776's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jl7776 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering an Account on jl7776, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law provisions) remain in force after Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl7776 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through jl7776's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team in writing at [email protected]. jl7776 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days.
